How Savonia holds quality: verified tiers, two people per role, one gate.
What happens to your project when the star employee is unavailable?
Every agency has an answer to "who does the work?" Usually the answer is a name, a senior person, a founder, a star. Which works until that person is sick, busy, or gone.
At Savonia Social, Jakarta, Indonesia, the answer is a system. This page shows you the system.
Four levels. Nobody unverified touches your work.
Our talent moves through four verified levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite. A level is earned through real, scored work, never claimed. Client projects are matched to the level the work requires, and nobody unverified touches client work. The level is a gate the work passes through.
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Elite
Two people per role
Every key role on your project is carried by two people. If one is unavailable, a sick child, an emergency, the other continues. Your deadline never depends on one person's day going well.
A quality gate before anything reaches you
Work passes a structured review before you ever see it. Part of that review is AI-assisted, which means every piece of work gets detailed, consistent feedback, at a scale one human reviewer never could. The final judgment stays human.
We call this gate CREATES. It is how a brief becomes verified capability.
Why the system is this strict
Our talent network is built mostly of creative mothers, developed through CMON (Creative Mothers Network), the missing middle of Indonesia's creative workforce: skilled women who never stopped working but had no structured path back to higher-value work. CMON is the returnship infrastructure that path was missing.
Most agencies treat talent development as a cost. For us it is the production line. Developing people well and delivering your work well are the same operation, that is the reason the levels, the gates, and the double-staffing exist. The system is strict because it has to carry both.

For food and hospitality brands, we run Fooders, a community of local creators we develop ourselves. Most creator networks are rented lists of strangers. Ours is built, trained, and managed by a certified community manager. See Fooders.
